Malaysia-based Amy Lim joined Ego Pharmaceuticals at the start of 2024. She strategically leads Digital and E-Commerce functions for their Asian markets, sharing her expertise on topics such as performance media, CRM, online channel platforms & digital analytics. Previously, she was with L’Oreal Group as Head of Marketplace and led the e-commerce team to deliver commercial growth for L’Oreal’s prestige brands, such as Kiehl’s, Lancome and Shu Uemura across both Malaysia & Singapore markets. Prior to L’Oreal, she built her career in Procter & Gamble, solidifying her digital expertise and leading their e-commerce business in Malaysia, and subsequently Thailand. In the early stages of her career with Shell, she was an early pioneer in South East Asia who established a business model for engine oil brands to expand their distribution model to e-commerce platforms.
