Alison Chan is a seasoned leader in the digital and omnichannel space. She currently is the Director of Omnichannel & O2O for Asia Pacific Division for the Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she is responsible for leading the strategy & growth for the fast-growing channel of Omnichannel/ O2O across the APAC markets including Greater China, India, Southeast Asia (including Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc). Coincidentally, Alison also started her career in Colgate-Palmolive as a management trainee. Prior to returning to Colgate, Alison has had extensive experience in the retailer & digital space, including at Sam’s Club and Walmart in China where she was a key leader in building the ecommerce fundamentals for the retailers through its joint partnership with JD.com. At VP of Ecommerce of Dairy Farm International, she was instrumental in establishing the Ecommerce platform for yuu, Hong Kong’s leading loyalty program with over 4 million active members.
Alison holds her MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
