Based in Singapore, Connie leads Stagwell’s APAC growth strategy and operations, accelerating transformation, scaling integrated capabilities, and strengthening regional and local partnerships. With more than 30 years of experience across media, marketing, and communications, she has built a strong track record of driving business growth, organisational excellence, and building high-performing teams. Prior to joining Stagwell, Connie was CEO of OMD China, focused on client expansion, new business wins, industry recognition, and built a culture grounded in collaboration, talent development, and innovation. She also held senior leadership roles at WPP, including executive director of its government & public sector practice in Singapore and chief client officer, APAC at MEC (now WPP Media).

Known for her strategic vision and people-first leadership, Connie is passionate about building enduring client relationships, developing values-driven teams, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. She is no stranger to the judging table, regularly serving on award juries where great work and innovation is recognised and when benchmarks for excellence across the marketing and communications industry are defined.
