As a 360-degree marketing professional, Eva Kwok has solid experience in advertising, public relations, communications and event management, in both agency and in-house environments. Starting her career with international agencies, including Leo Burnett, she worked for regional projects for FMCG, finance, airlines and hotel groups.
Realising her true passion for the travel industry, she took up marketing roles in various hotel groups, and joined Grand Hyatt Hong Kong four years ago. Spearheading the marketing communications team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, she is responsible for the planning, development and execution of all media, marketing and partnerships for this flagship Hyatt hotel in APAC.
In the ever-changing world of marketing, she keeps abreast of industry trends and challenges, harnessing them as opportunities and delivering success through strategic intent with commercial sense.
