Judy is the General Manager, Communications and Public Affairs of West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, leading communications and stakeholder engagement strategy to build, enhance and protect the brand reputation of one of the largest and most ambitious cultural projects in the world.
Before joining the Authority, Judy served as Public Relations and Communications Head at Asia Miles where she was instrumental in establishing the foundation for the communications function and building a solid public relations platform to underpin the operations of Asia’s leading travel and lifestyle rewards programme.
Prior to Asia Miles, Judy worked at Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon (previously Dragonair) and leading insurance players across the region. She started her career in a PR and consultancy firm.
