Joyce Chiu

Joyce is the head of corporate communications at Café de Coral Holdings, responsible for the full spectrum of communications functions, including stakeholder relations, issues management, CSR strategy, and reputation management.

Prior to her current role, Joyce was Head of PR for LeEco (Letv). During her three years’ tenure, she set up the PR department and created massive brand awareness via a through-the-line promotion program – successfully positioning the company as a regional technology leader providing Internet-related services and products.

A corporate communications and PR professional with nearly 20 years of agency and in-house experience, Joyce’s expertise includes PR and publicity campaigns, community and stakeholder engagement, media relations, and crisis/ issues communications.

Previously, Joyce was senior PR manager at Shun Hing Group; and prior to that, she spent seven years at Ketchum Hong Kong leading the agency’s Brand Marketing team. In 2007, when she was with IMG Fashion, Joyce launched the first-of-its-kind MasterCard Luxury Week Hong Kong, the region’s premier consumer-focused luxury fashion event.

Joyce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Translation from the University of Hong Kong.
