Sean Goh is Managing Director of the Life Strategic Business Unit at AXA Insurance Pte Ltd (Singapore) where he is responsible for driving the development and growth of AXA’s Life business, including its distribution functions.

Sean has been with AXA since 2012 and prior to his current role served as Chief Partnerships Distribution Officer where he oversaw the expansion and development of multiple distribution channels including partnerships, as well as business transformation to suit the evolving business needs across all lines of the life and general insurance business in Singapore. Between 2012 and 2014, he led business development for AXA Mandiri (Indonesia).

He brings over 17 years of vast experience in the insurance industry, with background in product and pricing development, underwriting, claims, and distribution transformation, and in investment-linked products and the niche high net worth segment. Prior to joining AXA, Sean spent over 10 years with Prudential in a variety of senior roles including Head of Sales.

Sean is a member of the Life Insurance Association of Singapore’s (LIA) management committee and an academic board member of the Singapore College of Insurance (SCI).

He is passionate about diversity and inclusion (D&I) and is the executive sponsor for D&I at AXA.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Monash University in Australia.
