Carolyn Wishnowski is a seasoned marketing, branding, and loyalty leader with over 20 years of experience across the hospitality, healthcare, and luxury retail sectors. As vice president \u2013 global brand, marketing & loyalty at Millennium Hotels & Resorts, she leads the group\u2019s global brand strategy, loyalty, integrated marketing, public relations, partnerships, and guest engagement initiatives across an international portfolio that includes The Biltmore, Grand Millennium, Millennium, M Social, Studio M, M Hotel, Copthorne, and Kingsgate.<\/p>\n
Since joining Millennium Hotels & Resorts in 2023, Carolyn has led the transformation of the group\u2019s brand and loyalty ecosystem, integrating branding and loyalty into a unified strategic function to strengthen customer engagement, brand consistency, and commercial performance. She revitalised the MyMillennium loyalty programme with the introduction of a new silver tier to drive member acquisition, engagement, and retention, while integrating the a la carte F&B loyalty programme to unlock incremental dining revenue and deepen guest loyalty. Carolyn also spearheaded Millennium\u2019s first global brand standards and audit framework across 145 hotels, elevating brand consistency and operational excellence across the portfolio.<\/p>\n
