Sushil Katdare is a customer experience, commercial excellence, and digital transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across the pharmaceutical, healthcare, diagnostics, and life sciences industries. As customer experience (CX) director for GSK’s international region, he leads initiatives spanning omnichannel customer engagement, AI-enabled marketing, customer strategy, and digital transformation across diverse global markets.<\/p>\n

Prior to joining GSK, Sushil held leadership roles at Sanofi, Roche, McCann Health, and Sudler & Hennessey – WPP, where he drove commercial growth, innovation, business transformation, and successful product launches across Asia Pacific. His experience spans strategy, marketing, customer engagement, commercial operations, and organisational capability building.<\/p>\n

A fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), Sushil is passionate about harnessing technology, data, and human-centered design to create exceptional customer experiences and improve healthcare outcomes. He is a frequent speaker, mentor, and industry awards judge, with a strong interest in advancing excellence in marketing, customer experience, digital innovation, and AI adoption.<\/p>\n
