Serene Tan manages public affairs across Starbucks Asia Pacific region and is based in Hong Kong. She leads the brand’s reputation narratives, social impact initiatives and storytelling agenda across Starbucks Asia Pacific region.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Serene spent nine years with Langham Hospitality Group, where she managed public relations, corporate, internal and crisis communications for the company globally. She also previously held public relations roles at Tourism Australia and Weber Shandwick Worldwide.
