Reshmi starting out as a client servicing intern at Social Kinnect to now heading marketing at Suta (a D2C fashion brand), she discovered that work is play when you are truly driven by what you do. Working in marketing, PR, digital marketing and eCommerce Reshmi is a passionate problem-solver and pursue solutions that maximize value for brands as well as customers (those are the only kind, after, all). She made a career out of experimenting, learning, stepping out of comfort zones, biting off more than she can chew and getting the job done, growing together with the eco-system and finding new ways to look at the world. She managed performance marketing (Facebook paid marketing) single headedly at SUTA and have taken the brand from an ROI of 15 CR to now 50 CR within 2.5 years. Under her leadership, the brand has won following awards. She is also nominated as Top 100 Marketers in India and crowned as the winner of Best Innovation\/Creative Campaign by one of the awards.<\/p>\n
