Rosel is a corporate communications and brand communications professional with 17 years experience. She spent over 4.5 years in the banking industry before she landed in Gojek Indonesia as VP Corporate Affairs, for Gojek’s food and groceries arms. Rosel began her career in multinational public relations firms Edelman and Burson-Marsteller, supporting mostly healthcare and consumer product clientele.

Her skillset grew in a marketing PR field during her tenure in a property developer and infrastructure company. She joined DBS Bank and became a part of transformative growth of its digital bank business focusing on consumer journey and youth segment. In 2023, Rosel held an expanded role in Gojek as a Head of Product Communications supporting Gojek’s core businesses Transportation, Food, Logistics, and Groceries to help drive sustainable growth. During her spare time, she focuses helping communications professionals with mentoring programmes and training sessions at Mentor, Inc, a local edutech startup.
