She is currently Assistant Vice President, Corporate Communications at Shangri-La Group, driving global external communications, media relations, crisis communications management, executive profiling, performance measurement and analytics.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Before joining Shangri-La Group, Carol worked with the Hong Kong Tourism Board and public relations agency in Hong Kong and Beijing, where she led multifaceted regional marketing and communications campaigns for her home city Hong Kong, and retainer clients across the hospitality, design and architecture and real estate sectors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
