Natalie Yuen joined Prudential Hong Kong in July 2019. Before this, she was the Associate Director of Corporate Affairs at FrieslandCampina Hong Kong and led a wide spectrum of functions for its consumer dairy and specialised nutrition business, including public affairs, crisis management, corporate communications, CSR, brand PR and influencer engagement, consumer affairs and regulatory affairs.

Before joining the FMCG industry, she was with Pfizer Corporation Hong Kong where she managed public relations and CSR initiatives for the pharmaceutical and infant formula business units. Prior to this, she was with Ogilvy & Mather covering a variety of industries ranging from beauty, healthcare and pharmaceutical, banking and insurance, telecommunications equipment and entertainment in its Hong Kong PR office.

Yuen holds a master of business administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, and a bachelor of arts from the University of Hong Kong.
