Director Sales & Marketing
LEGOLAND® Malaysia Resort
Thila joined LEGOLAND® Malaysia as the director of sales & marketing and is responsible for the resort’s overall marketing, sales and promotion activities. She had been awarded Asia’s Best Marketer by World Federation of Marketing Professionals in 2016.
Leading a team of over 30 staff in her department, Thila oversees the sales, marketing and reservation/telemarketing function in the organisation. Working closely with other senior management team, Thila set the foundation for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort’s overall marketing strategy since its inaugural launch in September 2012 and continues to lead the resort to penetrate markets domestically, regionally and beyond.
Thila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications from Universiti Sains Malaysia.
