Group Chief Brand & Communications Officer
Robin Goh is the group chief brand and communications officer for Singapore Post (SingPost), where he heads branding, communications, media, content and the digital roadmap of Singapore’s national postal agency. The public-listed global company today pioneers eCommerce logistics as well as provides innovative mail and logistics solutions around the world, with operations in 19 markets.
Prior to SingPost, Robin was regional head of communications for Jetstar Group, the low-fares airline arm of the Qantas Group, headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.
Before Jetstar, Robin held the position of assistant VP of brand & corporate communications at Changi Airport Group (CAG), the manager and operator of the award-winning Singapore Changi Airport. Before CAG, Robin was assistant director of communications for Resorts World Sentosa (RWS), Singapore’s first integrated resort. Robin spearheaded media strategies and crisis plans behind Singapore’s first integrated resort, comprising a world-class casino, six hotels, Universal Studios theme park and the world’s largest oceanarium.
Prior to RWS, Robin was involved in the rebranding of Singapore’s resort island, Sentosa Leisure Group, as senior communications manager, following his role as head of public relations for Wildlife Reserves Singapore, who manages the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Jurong BirdPark and most recently, River Safari.
Robin started his career at MediaCorp as a broadcast journalist and has a degree in Mass Communications from Curtin University in Western Australia, with double-majors in journalism and public relations.
