Before joining XL Axiata, a telecommunication company, as the head of premium marketing communications for its post-paid subsidiary XL PRIORITAS, Madonna was working as a marketing manager of fashion division at Mitra Adi Perkasa (MAP) for 3 years. The brands she oversaw consisted of all Inditex brands (ZARA, Pull&Bear, Bershka, Massimo Dutti, ZARA Home, Oysho, Stradivarius), Arcadia brands (Topshop & Topman, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Wallis, Burton), SUITEBLANCO, Warehouse, Oasis, and Forever New.
Before joining MAP, her career was more focused on social media and public relations, working as a social media manager for a start-up company which focuses on building brand games (a sister company of now, Tokopedia) and worked in a mining company Earthstone Resources as their corporate communications exec.
Early on in her career, she joined the PR agency, Maverick, where she dealt with their biggest clients such as Coca-Cola Indonesia, and Sampoerna, a cigarette brand.
