Harish is currently the ASEAN MarTech and Digital Head at The Coca-Cola Company. As a bridge between the CMO and CIO, he is responsible for driving the marketing technology and operations roadmap, streamlining MarTech investments while managing initiatives on customer data, CRM and marketing automation and innovation.
He has more than 10 years of experience in digital marketing program management, technology and operations, customer experience, process improvement and change management for leading US banks and publishing houses.
He is passionate about marketing, branding, competitive strategies, digital banking and is constantly working to realise new opportunities, drive revenue and realise cost savings opportunities through continual process improvement.
