She spent over 15 years in travel, marketing, technology, media and TV broadcasting roles in San Francisco, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong and Singapore. Her foray into travel and tourism began at a regional content marketing agency based in Singapore before joining a travel metasearch portal KAYAK under Booking Holdings. <\/p>\n

She joined Go City\u00ae six months before the pandemic hit, leading B2C customer growth and ecommerce sales focusing on Greater China, North Asia, India and Australia. She pioneered customer localisation in the company, steered the APAC B2C and ecommerce team through travel recovery and led revenue growth including Mainland China to far exceed pre-pandemic levels. <\/p>\n

In a recent promotion, Dawn has transitioned from her role in APAC to assume a broader global responsibility as the Vice President of Global Brand Marketing. She now leads the brand, social, public relations, and creative teams on an international level. <\/p>\n

Go City\u00ae continues to be the global leader in city sightseeing passes which includes brands like London Pass \u00ae, New York Pass \u00ae, Paris Pass \u2122, along with a growing list of over 30 cities worldwide. <\/p>\n

In her free time, she enjoys island-hopping just as much as she loves a good city-break.
