He is a results-oriented leader who has worked in both digital marketing agencies and in-house marketing teams of various tech startups, including HealthTech, EduTech, and FinTech.<\/p>\n

As the VP of Growth at Crimson Education, he leads a team of 20+ performance marketers across over 10 countries. Under his leadership, the team has consistently exceeded revenue and ROAS targets for consecutive fiscal years. He has demonstrated his strategic thinking and analytical mindset by optimising campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights to improve ROI and grow paid digital revenue. Gladwin was also the founding member of this newly formed team and in just three years, he has helped grow the team’s annual revenue and size by over 10x and 4x, respectively.<\/p>\n

In addition to his leadership experience, Gladwin is also an ACLP certified digital marketing trainer.
