Roche Vandenberghe recently joined Globe Telecom as Chief Marketing Officer, focusing on amplifying the brand\u2019s effectiveness by enhancing coverage, sharpening the master brand\u2019s impact, and driving brand lift to solidify the company\u2019s competitive edge.<\/p>\n
Previously, she was FWD Life\u2019s Chief Marketing and Digital Business Officer and served two terms as Chairperson of the Philippine Life Insurance Association\u2019s Marketing Committee. She led a group of innovators and challengers in changing how people feel about insurance. Roche spearheaded the brand launch in the Philippines in 2014 and significantly grew the company to rank among the top three within less than a decade. She drove revenue through digital sales and won multiple digital and marketing awards in the Philippines and across the region. Her work spans Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines, managing technology, financial services, and lifestyle brands.<\/p>\n
She is a sought-after juror and speaker at international marketing, advertising and e-commerce events. Roche champions inclusion and serves as a Board Director at Special Olympics Pilipinas.<\/p>\n
