Tharah Jane Lactao Chin, also known as TJ, is a marketing and communications professional, and a product developer with more than 15 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, branding, public relations, stakeholder relationship management, and creative development, in the education, healthcare, service and development sectors.<\/p>\n

TJ was able to serve huge and growing brands when she worked in some of the top marketing agencies here in the Philippines such as EON The Stakeholder Relations Firm as the PR Account Director and as the Managing Director of Talespin Behavior Change Marketing and Communications. But her talent does not limit here in the country, she served international brands when she was the Chief Marketing Officer of Gloss Digital Marketing Agency in Colorado, United States.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Aside from her passion for championing the brands, she has the heart to serve the community and create a bigger impact on other people\u2019s lives. She joined Rose Health, a hospital and healthcare company as the VP of Marketing. Her leadership provided the company with clarity on the role of marketing in defining its market and how to address the market\u2019s needs. At present, she is the Chief Marketing Officer of PHINMA Education, servicing 9 tertiary schools across the country. With her team, she is able to reach more students and introduce PHINMA Education as a network that provides quality education to the underserved Filipino youth, helping them realize their dreams and make their lives better through education.\u00a0<\/p>\n
