Throughout his career, Ritchie has held leadership roles including CEO, COO, CMO, and SVP at organiSations such as Unilever, Lazada, Ruangguru, TaniHub, Mangkokku, and Gold\u2019s Gym Indonesia. His experience spans building regional brands, launching new businesses and markets, scaling commercial operations, and leading organization-wide transformations across Southeast Asia.<\/p>\n
