A graduate of Prasetiya Mulya Graduate School of Management with a Master of Management degree (cum laude), Ingga also holds academic credentials from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands and Universitas Katolik Parahyangan in Civil Engineering. Her unique blend of technical and business education has underpinned her strategic acumen in highly competitive markets.<\/p>\n
Ingga\u2019s career spans leading roles across renowned local and international companies. At JAFRA Cosmetics International, she served as Marketing Director, orchestrating integrated campaigns and portfolio strategies. As Vice President of Cosmetics at Sophie Paris, she led the end-to-end management of the cosmetics division, overseeing product development, supply chain, and marketing operations.<\/p>\n
As an award-winning leader, she also held senior marketing roles at Avon, Ristra, Sariayu Martha Tilaar, and Make Up Store Indonesia, consistently launching top-performing products and building strong brand equity. <\/p>\n
