Currently, Kelvin is the Director for Branding and Communications for A&W International, based out of Jakarta, Indonesia. Kelvin has deep experience in SEA emerging markets and his strengths lies in market entrant and penetration, award winning campaigns cum innovations, plus business turn-arounds. He is a strong proponent of shaping strategic insights into brand executions and amplifying that into the digital space as he believes \u201cthe world has evolved\u201d. He further believes brands need to stay relevant for that matter and embracing change is no longer an option but a necessity. He is an excellent coach with admirable leadership grace.
