He is currently works with more than 300 visual, performance, and auditory artists in developing the 5th iteration of Pagelaran Sabang Merauke; a colossal spectacle of Indonesian cultural arts and tradition, ranging from dances, music, and songs to Indonesian literature. <\/p>\n

Prior to joining iForte, Victor worked as a Management Consultant at Accenture Indonesia with extensive experience to assist clients in improving their operations via identifying existing potential improvement as well as developing and implementing best practice solutions which given him an extensive knowledge of strategic management, corporate behaviour and development across a wide variety of industries.
