He plays a pivotal role in stakeholder engagement and ecosystem development, driving AstraZeneca\u2019s mission to improve healthcare access and foster innovation in the region.<\/p>\n

Before joining AstraZeneca, Charles was the Senior Corporate Communications Manager at Cyberport, where he spearheaded strategic and corporate communications initiatives, positioning the tech hub as a leader in innovation. Prior to that, he served as the Regional Manager for Political & Government Outreach at Meta, where he launched high-impact programs that engaged stakeholders across Mainland China, Hong Kong, Mongolia, and Central Asia. He also held communications roles at Sun Hung Kai Properties, where he led the community and corporate affairs functions, enhancing the company\u2019s reputation and strengthening stakeholder engagement efforts. Earlier in his career, Charles was instrumental in modernizing government communications as a press officer at the Information Services Department, where he designed and launched one of the first official Facebook pages and Instagram for the Hong Kong SAR Government.<\/p>\n

Charles expertise in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic marketing positions him as a leading PR and marketing professional, driving impactful campaigns and fostering meaningful relationships.
