Lydia Yau is a passionate brand-builder who grows businesses by elevating brands. She has a proven track record in fueling business growth and breaking into new markets. Following her career at P&G, she joined Tencent, and started her purpose-driven venture in Green Monday, and now, Vitasoy.

Past experience includes brand management and marketing, strategic partnership, growth across different industries and markets, including consumer goods, prestige beauty, fintech, foodtech and online platforms.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Lydia<\/span>\u2019s passion for winning and curiosity with how brands can better connect with their target audience has given her ideas to create and transform. Her work expresses her love for consumer insights and thinking out of the box, as well as tackling business challenges. She sees herself as a student of leadership and always works to better both herself and her team.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Apart from her profession,\u00a0Lydia<\/span>\u00a0is also keen on giving back to community. Previously a Guest Lecturer at the Chinese Medical University, a mentor of HeadStart@HKUST and a mentor in her Alma Mater, sharing her experience with fellow students.<\/span><\/p>\n
