The entry submission deadline is <strong>6 August 2025 (Wed)<\/strong> at <strong>6pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure that your entries are submitted successfully and are given the attention they deserve, here are a few items to take note of when preparing your entries.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firstly, download and read the <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.marketing-interactive.com\/marketing-excellence-hk\/download-entry-guidelines\/\">Entry Guidelines<\/a>. This will guide you through the submission process. Follow the instructions and specific category requirements to ensure your entries are submitted successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Please download and use the Core Submission Template provided to prepare your Entry Submission Document without altering\/deleting the words in header, <strong>30% of marks will be deducted otherwise.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All entries, supporting documents, and required items can be submitted via the <strong>\u201cI\u2019m Ready to Enter\u201d<\/strong> link at the bottom of this page.<\/li>\n<li>Entrants are strongly encouraged to gather all entry materials like photos, videos and charts before starting the entry process.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that all details you enter into the Entry Details are <strong>CONSISTENT<\/strong> with the details on the Core Submission Document you upload.<\/li>\n<li>Upon submission deadline, all entry details, including company names, credits and so on, are <strong>FINAL<\/strong> and <strong>CANNOT<\/strong> be changed and \/ or transferred to another party.<\/li>\n<li>Please include an event photo or image that represents your entry in your submission that can be used on all marketing material, on the screen on the night of the awards, and in the magazine etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you\u2019re ready to go, all entries can be submitted via the below <strong>\u201cI\u2019m Ready to Enter\u201d<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Submission Deadline &#8221; Each bullet point will hold a maximum potential value of 10 points.\u00a0<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>**Please also take note of the specific category criteria in the <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.marketing-interactive.com\/marketing-excellence-hk\/download-entry-guidelines\/\">Entry Guidelines<\/a> and ensure all areas mentioned are covered within your submission as the judging panel will be looking for these details.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All categories are open to client organisations and brands based in Hong Kong; however marketing agencies, media agencies, PR firms and service providers can submit the entries on behalf of their client.<\/li>\n<li>All works, campaigns or initiatives must have been conceptualised, created or carried out in Hong Kong for the <strong>Hong Kong<\/strong> market, or for a regional and\/or global market that included the <strong>Hong Kong market<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All works, campaigns or initiatives must have been launched or active between the eligibility period of <strong>1 August 2024 &#8211; 31 July 2025<\/strong>\u00a0with demonstrable results achieved during this period.<br \/>* Please note that work submitted for last year\u2019s awards cannot be resubmitted for this year\u2019s event.<\/li>\n<li>Entrants may submit the same work\/campaign\/initiative into multiple categories or different works\/campaigns\/initiatives into one category. There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may submit. Should your entry be shortlisted, details will be presented based on your submissions on the website, prize announcements as well as on trophies and\/or any other awards-related materials.
