The entry submission deadline is <strong>24 July 2026 (Fri)<\/strong> at 6pm.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure that your entries are submitted successfully and are given the attention they deserve, here are a few items to take note of when preparing your entries.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firstly, download and read the <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.marketing-interactive.com\/marketing-excellence-hk\/download-entry-guidelines\/\">Entry Guidelines<\/a>. This will guide you through the submission process. Follow the instructions and specific category requirements to ensure your entries are submitted successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Please download and use the Core Submission Template provided to prepare your Entry Submission Document without altering\/deleting the words in header, <strong>30% of marks will be deducted otherwise.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>All entries, supporting documents, and required items can be submitted via the <strong>\u201cI\u2019m Ready to Enter\u201d<\/strong> link at the bottom of this page.<\/li>\n<li>Entrants are strongly encouraged to gather all entry materials like photos, videos and charts before starting the entry process.<\/li>\n<li>Please ensure that all details you enter into the Entry Details are <strong>CONSISTENT<\/strong> with the details on the Core Submission Document you upload.<\/li>\n<li>Upon submission deadline, all entry details, including company names, credits and so on, are <strong>FINAL<\/strong> and <strong>CANNOT<\/strong> be changed and \/ or transferred to another party.<\/li>\n<li>Please include an event photo or image that represents your entry in your submission that can be used on all marketing material, on the screen on the night of the awards, and in the magazine etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you\u2019re ready to go, all entries can be submitted via the below <strong>\u201cI\u2019m Ready to Enter\u201d<\/strong> link.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Submission Deadline &#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Submission Deadline&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday 24 July 2026, 6:00pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Judging Criteria&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Judging Criteria&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Your entry will be evaluated on the following four key areas (please read the <a href=\"https:\/\/awards.marketing-interactive.com\/marketing-excellence-hk\/download-entry-guidelines\/\">Entry Guidelines<\/a> for full descriptions):<\/p>\n<p><strong>CHALLENGE \u2013 20%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The market situation the brand was operating in.<\/li>\n<li>A clear description of the business\/brand consumer challenge that your marketing initiative\/ project\/work was asked to address.<\/li>\n<li>Any key statistics which help illustrate the scale of this challenge in detail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STRATEGY \u2013 30%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An introduction of the campaign\/project\/work.<\/li>\n<li>A clear rationale of launching the campaign\/project\/work to address the marketing challenge.<\/li>\n<li>The core insight the campaign\/project\/work was built on.<\/li>\n<li>An outline of your creative thinking and media strategy.<\/li>\n<li>A description on its distinctiveness and effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EXECUTION \u2013 30%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An overview of how your creative thinking and media strategy were implemented.<\/li>\n<li>The different tactics\/elements used within the campaign\/project\/work.<\/li>\n<li>The role of these tactics\/elements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>RESULTS \u2013 20%<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clear evidence\/metrics demonstrating the performance of the campaign\/project\/ work along with quantifying the results.<\/li>\n<li>A description of how it solved the marketing challenge you faced.<\/li>\n<li>The rationale as to why you believe this qualifies for a Marketing Excellence Award.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; admin_label=&#8221;Eligibility&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.0&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All categories are open to any client organisations and brands based in Hong Kong. Companies may have international offices but only the Singapore branch is able to participate.<\/li>\n<li>All works, campaigns or initiatives must have been conceptualised, created or carried out in\u202f<strong>Hong Kong<\/strong>\u202ffor the\u202fHong Kong market, or for a regional and\/or global market that included the\u202f<strong>Hong Kong market<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>All works, campaigns or initiatives must have been launched or active between the eligibility period of\u202f<strong>1 August 2025 &#8211; 31 July 2026<\/strong> with demonstrable results achieved during this period.<br \/>* Please note that work submitted for last year\u2019s awards cannot be resubmitted for this year\u2019s event.<\/li>\n<li>Entrants may submit the same work\/campaign\/initiative into multiple categories or different works\/campaigns\/initiatives into one category. There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may submit. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE reserves the right to verify any information submitted in the entry.<\/li>\n<li>Upon submission deadline, all details on the entry submission form, including company names, credits and so on, are <strong>FINAL<\/strong> and <strong>CANNOT<\/strong> be changed and\/or transferred to another party. Should your entry be shortlisted, details will be presented based on your submissions on the website, prize announcements as well as on trophies and\/or any other awards-related materials.
