Penny is an award-winning marketing leader with deep experience across B2B and B2C across financial services, media and entertainment categories. She is currently with HSBC Commercial and Institutional Banking where she heads Marketing Services and is responsible for driving key customer marketing strategies and programmes including the recent launch of HSBC Innovation Banking in Singapore to support the bank\u2019s accelerated growth. In her previous role within HSBC, Penny led the Brand and Sponsorships team to drive the brand\u2019s momentum, expand the bank\u2019s flagship airport advertising strategy and activate global sponsorship programmes including HSBC Women\u2019s World Championship.<\/p>\n

Under her leadership, HSBC has been recognised for its innovative and impactful marketing initiatives both locally and internationally. Prior to HSBC, Penny held brand and marketing roles at UOB, MediaCorp and MediaWorks over the course of her career after graduating from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from National University of Singapore.<\/p>\n
