TikTok<\/strong><\/p>\n

Viking is currently the Global E-Commerce Data Science leader at TikTok. With over 15 years of diverse experience across telco, tourism and e-commerce, Viking has a proven track-record of steering business growth through advanced analytics. Within his first three months in the role, he drove massive revenue for Vietnam, which led to them overtaking their competitor\u2019s market share.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, he was the APAC Head of Marketing Analytics at foodpanda mentoring a team of 20 data analysts. He was instrumental in turning around the declining monthly active customers in just two months in the role. Furthermore, Viking had worked with Lazada as Vice President of Marketing Analytics, where he developed user segmentation that drove 25% more revenue during campaigns and wrote the \u201cmillion-dollar script\u201d to draw the winner for Lazada’s 11.11 condominium giveaway back in 2021.<\/p>\n

Viking holds triple master\u2019s degrees in Marketing (UCD), MBA (Murdoch) and Business Analytics (NUS).\n<\/p>\n
