MALAYSIA AIRLINES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Amiroel joined the Malaysia Airlines\u2019 Frequent Flyer and Loyalty Unit, Enrich, as the Department Head in 2019. <\/p>\n

An MBA (Finance) holder, Amiroel started his career as a Financial Analyst with several stockbroking firms and joined Malaysia Airlines in 2004. Prior to his current role, Amiroel was the General Manager, Global Sales & Marketing for Malaysia Airlines Cargo (MASkargo), the air freight arm of the National Carrier.<\/p>\n

His current responsibilities as Head of Loyalty, include transforming the loyalty program at Malaysia Airlines from a traditional Frequent Flyer program to a Travel and Lifestyle program. Some notable accomplishments include forming key non-air partnerships, introducing innovative products such as Enrich Hotels, Enrich Money and Enrich Giftcards, and expanding its membership base across the Globe. During his tenure, Enrich moved from a distance based to a revenue based point earnings loyalty program, and has rolled out key digital enhancements to elevate customer experience.<\/p>\n
