Luci is a Loyalty expert with over 15 years experiences in handling Loyalty programs. She graduated from Bina Nusantara University, majoring in Visual Communication Design. She\u2019s the one who developed IMPoin, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison Loyalty Program, and the lady behind the MAPClub reborn, the largest retail coalition loyalty program in Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Luci ever worked for AIMIA Indonesia, a Loyalty consulting firm as an Account Director. She handled clients from various industries, from grown up milk (Nestle Indonesia) to Automotive (Mazda Indonesia), Coffee (Starbucks Coffee Indonesia) and even pesticides (FMC). Beside calculating points, she loves to cook and plays Roblox with her 4 kids.<\/p>\n
