As Chief Customer Officer of one of the leading family entertainment centre Groups in Asia Pacific, Caroline champions and drives the teams towards a customer-centric organization, putting the customer first in all aspects of doing business, through all touchpoints in the customer journey.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to her current role with The Entertainment and Education Group (TEEG), Caroline was Head of Digital Marketing for the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel group where she spearheaded digital transformation.
