Andrea Wong is the Chief Marketing and Customer Officer at AXA Hong Kong, where she has overall responsibility for driving brand and advertising, digital marketing, corporate communications, customer experience, data analytics and management, and CSR activities across life, health and general insurance.<\/p>\n

Under her leadership, AXA has built a leading brand in the market and won a number of awards for efforts in brand, data\/AI analytics, customer experience and marketing.<\/p>\n

With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Wong has held roles in marketing, communications and sales management in banking and insurance. She holds a BA with honours in business economics, organisational behaviour and management from Brown University in the US.<\/p>\n
