Jonathan has over 20 years of experience, spanning across sales, branding, advertising, marketing (social, performance, email (CRM)), customer experience (CX), digital operations (app\/web), retail, CX strategy and innovation (AI, robotics), working with clients from industries including automotive, alcoholic beverages, aviation, healthcare, insurance, telecommunications, tech and others.<\/p>\n

He started his career in Japan and then moving to Malaysia, where he worked for Ogilvy and later held transformational roles at Maxis and Celcom. He used his knowledge in retail transformation, analytics, innovation, and CX to optimize spend and stimulate revenue, and consulted on CX governance, app\/web development & experience, social servicing and contact centre operations.<\/p>\n

Accumulating more than 20 creative awards and numerous CX excellence accolades, he currently spearheads digital, social, creative\/ studio, editorial, and production at Edelman Singapore. Jonathan is a double-degree holder in B. Commerce and B. Arts from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.<\/p>\n
