Madhur is currently Director – Online Strategy at Samsung. In this role, Madhur enables growth for Samsung’s mobile business in India through online channels, including Brand.com and 3rd party ecommerce sites, through strategy, planning and driving new initiatives across sales, marketing, supply chain and customer experience.
Prior to Samsung, Madhur was AVP – Customer Experience and Strategy at Shopclues, Director – Insight & Customer Strategy at Oracle, as well as various consulting roles at Alvarez & Marsal, and McKinsey & Company.
