A digital and eCommerce veteran with a solid record driving commercial results, Flora Hu currently leads Estee Lauder’s online business in Hong Kong and Macau. She started her career in the investment banking industry in New York. Prior to joining Estee Lauder Companies, she had held a number of global and regional leadership positions in various industries such as Retail, Food & Beverages, and Beauty. She has a wide range of experience incubating new business models and growing business across APAC and beyond.

In her current role, Flora is responsible for the eCommerce business of Estee Lauder Company’s entire brand portfolio, including Estee Lauder, La Mer, M.A.C, Bobbi Brown, Clinique, Jo Malone London etc. Through operation excellence, media optimizations, business development, and continuous site enhancements, Flora and her team are passionately working to deliver the true high-touch online experience for consumers.

Flora graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wellesley College in Massachusetts, United States. She is currently pursuing her dual-degree Executive MBA from INSEAD and Tsinghua University.\u00a0<\/p>\n
