With over two decades of leadership experience, Freda has held senior positions at leading organizations such as EQT Partners, a Swedish Private Equity firm, and McKinsey & Company, where she worked as a management consultant. In her current role, Freda leads a team responsible for delivering superb customer experience to drive acquisition, engagement, loyalty and advocacy, and responsible for over 40 online platforms in Asia, delivering business results and enhancing brand equity and integrated O+O customer experience.<\/p>\n

Freda holds an\u00a0Executive MBA\u00a0from HKUST-Kellogg and a Bachelor of Business Administration in\u00a0Professional Accountancy\u00a0from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of\u00a0Certified Public Accountants\u00a0and currently serves as a board member at\u00a0Junior Achievement\u00a0Hong Kong. <\/p>\n
