Lydia Yau is a passionate brand-builder and growth hacker who grows business by elevating brands. She has a proven track record in fueling business growth and breaking into new markets. Following her career at P&G, she then joined Tencent, and now landed on a mission-driven venture in Green Monday, in charge of marketing and digital development. Past experience includes marketing, innovation, strategic partnership, growth across different industries and markets, including consumer goods, prestige beauty, fintech, foodtech and app development.<\/p>\n

Lydia’s passion for winning and curiosity with how brands can better connect with their target audience has given her i\\ideas to develop her work. Her work expresses her creativity and love for insights. She sees herself as a student of leadership and always works to better both herself and her team.<\/p>\n

Apart from her profession, Lydia is also keen on giving back to her community. Previously a Guest Lecturer at the Chinese Medical University, a mentor of HeadStart@HKUST, a mentor for students in her Alma Mater, sharing her experience with fellow students.<\/p>\n
