Jessica brings with her over a solid 15 years of experience in the full 360 spectrum of the Advertising & Marketing industry to drive incremental revenue and support commercial needs.<\/p>\n

She currently leads the Marketing Communications function in InterContinental Kuala Lumpur and is responsible for strengthening the organisation\u2019s share of voice, digital footprint as well as online & offline presence.<\/p>\n

Prior to her current stint, she has led e-commerce, social media, digital marketing & content marketing initiatives across 20 operating hotels and pre-opening hotels within the Hilton portfolio across 3 markets in SEA.<\/p>\n

Before entering the world of luxury hospitality, Jess has helmed digital profiles of clients from various industries, from Teleco, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, to Beauty and Consumer Electronics, and worked with several print publications as an Investigative & Features journalist.<\/p>\n

She has also been invited to be part of the judging committee for several marketing communications awards, as well as a keynote & panel speaker in various marketing conferences In the ASEAN region.<\/p>\n
