She currently leads brand marketing for Marriott International\u2019s Marriott Bonvoy programme and its Premium and Select brand portfolio across APEC (Asia Pacific excluding China).<\/p>\n

Previously, she helped define Carousell\u2019s brand alongside its founders and led multi-market marketing across the region. At Airbnb, she grew the Singapore business and launched the brand across diverse markets including China, India, and Japan. She began her career in digital and brand marketing at the Singapore Tourism Board and Qantas Airways.<\/p>\n

Cassandra is deeply curious and mission-driven, drawn to work that creates genuine value in people\u2019s lives. She thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and brings clarity, structure, and scale to ideas.
