Kalpesh Parmar is the General Manager for Mars Wrigley Asia, overseeing operations across 20 diverse markets. He leads the chocolate, gum and fruity confections portfolio across the region, and the pet nutrition segment in South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Previously, Kalpesh served as GM of Mars Wrigley India, bringing over two decades of FMCG experience across Asia, the Middle East and Africa. Since joining Mars Wrigley in 2020, he has driven business growth through strong strategic execution, brand building and a focus on developing talent.<\/p>\n

His career spans both mature and emerging markets, with leadership roles in South Korea, Singapore, Dubai, Turkey, Nigeria and India, covering business development, brand building, distribution and e-commerce. Before Mars, he spent 12 years with Unilever, where he last served as CEO for South Korea, Pacific Islands and Mongolia.<\/p>\n

Kalpesh began his career with Gillette and Marico and is an alumnus of Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.<\/p>\n
