She is passionate when it comes to telling brand stories, from ideation, execution and amplification of strategic campaigns, her end goal is always to craft a message angle that instinctively resonates with the brand\u2019s target audiences. Ever excited by innovative big ideas that are in alignment to the business\u2019s strategic goals and directions, she is not one for keeping to tried and tested routes, instead constantly challenging how brands\/product stories can be told and experienced.<\/p>\n

Her everyday involve collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners to connect business processes with marketing campaigns \u201cend-to-end\u201d. Sharon opines, \u201cgood marketing is more than just putting out clever ads\/social media content, aesthetically crafted TVCs and key visuals; good marketing must go beyond that to achieve sustainable ROI for the business; holistic marketing is connecting all the dots to ensure that what the consumer ultimately experiences, aligns closely with the brand\u2019s messaging. Only when the consumer\u2019s experience of the product meets with the expectations created by the brand – that\u2019s when and how long-term retention and repeat purchases can occur.\u201d<\/p>\n
