[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.14.7″ global_colors_info=”{}”]Joanne Lim is Head of Marketing Southeast Asia at Virgin Active where she is vital in aligning the brand\u2019s positioning, as well as creating transformational changes for its members. Originally on Virgin Active\u2019s Southeast Asia launch team in 2013, she was integral to the brand\u2019s expansion into the region and opening nine clubs in less than five years. She left and re-joined the organisation in 2021.<\/p>\n
Prior to re-joining Virgin Active, Joanne was Group Marketing Lead at Mercatus Co-operative, one of NTUC\u2019s social enterprises. As Group Marketing Lead, she deployed Group Marketing strategies across its portfolio, strategised and launched Mercatus\u2019s first-ever group-wide loyalty program and mobile application, and, led new digital strategies for the group.<\/p>\n
