Kylene Campos is a seasoned business leader and purpose-driven brand builder with a passion for diversity and inclusion. She recently joined Tatcha as Chief Marketing Officer, inspired by the vision the brand\u2019s purpose to bring harmony from skin to soul, and eager to grow the brand\u2019s impact on consumers more broadly across the world. Prior to Tatcha, Kylene has had over 20 years of experience with Procter & Gamble, across a range of beauty brands from SK-II, Pantene, H&S, Herbal Essences, Hair Recipe and Olay, and across countries in Asia. She led the Japan and Korea Hair Care business from 2019 to 2021, and prior to that, led SK-II from 2011 to 2019, culminating in her role as SK-II\u2019s Chief Marketing Officer from 2016 to 2019. During her time in P&G, she has not only accelerated growth and profitability across these brands but also transformed brand building, re-focused on purpose, using the brand\u2019s voice as a force for good and a force for growth. As a result of that, her work across SK-II, Pantene and H&S has been awarded by Cannes Lions, Clios, Spikes, Asia Effie Award and Andy Awards. In addition to her work leading business and brands, because of her passion for diversity and inclusion, Kylene has also been one of the driving forces for P&G\u2019s #WeSeeEqual in the Asia, Middle East and Africa region, with a vision to create a more gender equal word inside and outside of P&G .
